Luis Resendez – Founder of Vida Emotional Wellness
Luis Resendez is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, an adjunct professor, and an author based in Southern California. A practicing therapist since 2009, Luis has gathered valuable experience addressing stress, family dynamics, and more. Fueled by a concern of little emphasis being placed on addressing men’s issues, coupled with alarming statistics to reinforce this, Luis founded Vida Emotional Wellness with the intent to help men (who historically have been less inclined to seek mental health support) begin a journey of healing to help them live healthy and productive lives. His serious but warm and lighthearted approach aims to break down the stigma surrounding men therapy and create a safe space for healing.
